I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. Leaders must be adventurous enough to get knocked down but resilient enough to get back up and keep on moving. The world needs leaders!!! ( read more)

Really, I been moved with what I see to be real, and not just what I see alone, but what I see to be true. Ever since I was a child, I'd tell about my Dreams of making things CHANGE, I have subscribe to the view that says, let those Watch out and Help out!.
